What to Expect
In our office, we want you to make yourself at home! We have plenty of comfortable seating, including yoga balls, a kids area with plenty of toys, and we have a private room if you need a place to feed your baby or a quiet space. We also have a drink station with water, tea, and coffee for you to enjoy.
When you first call our office, you will be greeted by our incredible Chiropractic Assistants. They will help you set up your first appointment.
When you arrive for your first visit, you’ll check in at the front desk. You will fill out a form each time, telling us about how you’re feeling and then you’ll take a seat in our waiting area.
Throughout our office, we have items and supplements we find helpful that are available for purchase. You’ll also find a table that has business cards for some of our recommended resources and services around Oklahoma City.
After a comprehensive history and examination the doctor will determine if there are any red flags that need further evaluation. Assuming all things are clear in your initial exam then you will receive your first adjustment.
The first appointment for chiropractic can range anywhere from 60-75 minutes. Please note that due to the nature of caring for patients there are times when the doctors may be running behind schedule.
Because Dr. Jessica and Dr. Ross value an intentional chiropractic approach, you can expect each appointment to take 30-45 minutes after your first visit.
